Foley, Inc. is the Caterpillar dealer for northern New Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda.

We have 5 different divisions that provide sales and services to many different industries.

Construction Division
Foley Machinery offers the full line of Caterpillar Construction Products, consisting of over 300 machines. There are machines for the smallest to the largest jobs, and everything in between. From compact machines such as skid steers, mini excavators & backhoes, to paving equipment, excavators, wheel loaders, and dozers. We have new, used, lease and rental options for equipment, and have over 100 different attachments.


We also provide quality parts and service to match the quality equipment we sell. We offer customers numerous ways to get the quality parts they need, when they need them, and we have a stable of experienced technicians equipped and ready to help keep your machines in top shape.

On Highway Division

Foley Inc.’s On Highway division has recently expanded its capabilities to become a full service truck shop. With new tooling, top tier technician training, smooth parts procurement, optimal online resources and support, they work on more than just your engine. The Total Solutions Service Shop offers transmission repair services, Driveline services, Emissions solutions and much more. Foley On Highway division carries a variety of vehicles ranging from the CAT CT660 to any of the Crane Carrier products.

Power Systems
Foley Power Systems division carries a large selection of new and used power equipment, as well as the most modern fleet of power rental equipment in the industry including prime power and emergency engines, marine and industrial generators. We provide a number of product support services from regulatory and permit assistance to preventative maintenance. Our programs range from simple on-site maintenance to a total maintenance and repair packages. We also have emergency field service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Foley Rents
The Foley Rents division was created in 1997 and has grown significantly over the years. Foley Rents has evolved into a “One Stop Shop”, offering a variety of equipment. We maintain hundreds of current model Caterpillar machines available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals.

In addition to Caterpillar equipment, we offer all types of allied products, such as air compressors, air tools, concrete and masonry equipment, generators, rammers, rollers, light towers, trenchers, aerial work platforms, and small compaction equipment- brands such as Atlas Copco, Genie, Multiquip, Wacker, Rammax, Terex and more. Foley offers short-term rentals, long term rentals and rent-to-own agreements.

Foley Fire Apparatus

The Foley Fire Apparatus Division was started in 2011 and sells new Seagrave fire apparatus as well as provides parts and service support for existing Seagrave owners. Our territory is the state of New Jersey and the nine eastern counties of Pennsylvania.

Seagrave Fire Apparatus, the oldest continuing manufacturer of fire apparatus, was founded in 1881 and enjoys a worldwide reputation for designing and manufacturing extreme-duty custom fire vehicles. The heavy duty stainless steel construction of cab and chassis across all models is the reason Seagrave has become the most trusted name in custom fire apparatus in the industry.
